Anyone use gel-based fish and coral food?

I've been reading more about this stuff and it sounds interesting. Anyone here use gel- based food for their tanks?

I’m about half way through a packet. Seems ok, fish like it and it doesn’t spread the food out once thawed. So it’s more for fish and less for coral. Also, since it stays together you have to put in multiple chunks if you have multiple fish. I slice a cube into 4ths.

Masstick? Interesting. Do you use it in a cage of some sort or actually smear it onto stuff in the tank?
