Fritz Turbo Start

Currently in the process of cycling a 40g tank. But I’ve seen many videos on people using Fritz Turbo Start and instantly adding coral and fish.

So is that true? I add turbo start and can add coral right away. Or is it just like MicroBacter7 or Dr tims that cycles the tank normally?

I used it with dry rock after two weeks I added established live rock and next day fish and a few Frags and no issues at all
