Hey, yes it holds water fine. It was being used for a frag tank I no longer have. I recieved it second hand from someone, I do not know whether they made it or had it made. The dims fro. The ends of the tank to the first baffle on each side is 9" inches. From that baffle to the next inner one is 4" inches. The entire middle section is about 37" inches.
