Is there something wrong with coral?

Hi everyone. Ive had this coral for a while, forgot what it is. Wasn't thinking too much about it before, but recently been questioning if this is normal? Should it be bubbling like that? Is this something I can fix or is it past that point?

Kinda hard to tell with that big "bounce" in the way but kinda looks like an acan...I have a blasto that bounced and I've seen other lps do it too...I think it's cool when that happens and yeah it's fine

Sometimes acans or other LPS can get damaged and the flesh will heal, but it wont reconnect to the skeleton. Was this coral stung or damaged ion the last 6 months ?

It's been like this for a while. One day it just puffed up.
