Been awhile since I posted. Tanks doing well. We're about 4 months in. I've got minor issues so far. Was able to save the Coralline Algae on the live rock I purchased from the LFS through the use of the DIY dosing system. Everything still looks nice and purple. Will post pictures seperately. Bought some corals recently at reef-a-palooza in LA few months back. Other than that been introducing fish and inverts very slowly. Only 1 fish, a crab, 2 snails and 2 snail hitchhikers which are unidentified. Came with either the live rock or the chaetomorpha. First noticed inside the refugium.

Planning to move the aquaclear filter back to the other side (against the wall) but I'm waiting for my Tunze powerhead to arrive. Once the Tunze power head arrives I'll have more than enough place to feed the corals. With the filter against the wall the was crashing on the top of the rock base and slowing down. The corals along the rocks weren't getting enough flow. I performed a test and moved the aquaclear to the left side so the water would crash down where the corals are glued (near the center) and they responded positively. Here's the link to the Tunze powerhead incase anyone with a 3g Pico needs more waterflow.

JBJ 3 Gallon PICO (Build day - 7/5/19)

got a Ricordia from reefers garage. Great deal. they honored an online deal which was half off. definitely recommend if you are filling the tank with frags. Our sexy shrimp was desperately searching for a host and they delivered.
