Hi, I'm a North County reefer and have a 55 gallon glass reef tank with an acrylic sump. I am on a low budget and did as much DIY as I could. It's hard plumbed all the way around. I drilled the glass for the internal weir to the external overflow Box which has a bean animal style drain. I used a dremel routing bit open up the top and create the baffles as well as a table saw. I built the stand myself. I have a jebeo DC pump to a ball valve for easy water changes as well as a uv sterilizer with 2 dual union ball valves to control the flow through it. Then up to the tank to a random flow generator. I have a coralife skimmer and refugium in the sump. The tank is a couple months old with live rock, CUC, a few coral frags, a blenny and a few chromis. I love the hobby and if anyone has anything they don't need that would improve my tank, equipment or livestock please keep me in mind. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks for reading and happy reefing.
