Hey just thought I'd throw this out to the sharks up in here. My male Da Vinci clown has been hosting this Bowser colony for about the past six months. But today it's been closed up since this morning. Do you think that my female might have laid eggs in there? It's been like this all day pretty much and I saw the wrasses picking at it earlier. None of my other zoas are closed and are all behaving normally. All I can think is that she laid eggs and it irritated the colony either from the egg laying or from the wrasses picking them out and feasting on them. It's kind of a bummer because this colony has been handling the whole hosting thing like a champ and then all of a sudden this happens. Any thoughts? I'd love some input from all you clown enthusiasts out there. Thanks in advance.
