Stand build tips

I am thinking of building a stand for possible new tank, 60x24x24.
Never done this before and not super wood savvy.
1) Best DIY thread for building a tank?
2) I have seen a few good videos, but what is the secret to keeping the tank stand level?

I can build you a stand possible, you gotta buy the wood+ small builder fee, tell me exactly what you want, dimensions, openings, sump size etc etc
