Led fixture for 40 gal. That supports sps

I’m looking for a LED fixture to fit in my canopy (34.8” wide) that will support sps growth. I am leaning towards the Current USA Orbit Marine IC PRO if I have to purchase new, but that is merely due to price. If someone has a used Photon, Orpheus Atlantic, SB reef lights, or AI Hydra setup that fits the bill, I’d like to hear about it. I’m open to suggestions as well, if anyone has input on other brands I should look at.

      Thanks.

Buy a hydra 26(someone is selling one new on here). Don’t buy orbit. And once you load up your tank you can purchase another hydra to place them side by side.

I’m not saying it’s bad. But going from a finnex to maxspect to AI I can say the AI gives you more controllablility, spectrum/intensity tuning. I haven’t met anyone that’s using a orbit so idk if it’s good or bad. Also, I think the most important thing other than stable water chemistry is a good light. And for the cash a AI anything is a good deal.

Good to know, thanks for all the info. I’m running a 175 MH right now with two PCs for added color, but even that wasn’t quite enough for SPS to fully extend. I was getting slow growth but they never opened up as they should. So instead of adding more to this power consumption hog, I’d rather try the LED route. Any thoughts on the SB Reef Lights? They seem to have all the functions I want, and at a pretty good price compared to two Hydra 26´s.
