      Glass replacement

Not sure where to post this, but I have a Nuvo 16 that has a small crack on the bottom glass panel. I want to know if anyone local can replace, and what the cost would be. Thanks in advance

It will likely be about the same price as buying a new tank.. unfortunately.

Sounds like more likely buy a brand new tank is a lot cheaper!

I ordered a tank and it arrived with the rear panel broken, contacted seller and they told me to hold onto it for 2 weeks before doing anything with it, seller sent me a new tank.
So I have a tank that's intact minus the back panel. Maybe one of the panes can be of use to you but would need your dimensions to check.
It is a nuvo 25 tank so might work.

Not worth it. That model the 16 Gallon tank has many problems. That's one of the reasons they stopped making them. Honestly I would not risk it. They always break there's many horrifying stories about this tank.

      Good luck.

this had nothing to do with any defect. I had the tank set up for about a year, then moved to my current location. I eventually cleaned it up and sold it, only for the buyer to contact me saying it was leaking. Turned out it somehow got a 2” crack on the bottom panel, probably from either me cleaning it out, or possibly on the way to new home. Either way I just gave a refund and it’s been sitting since and I’d like to either fix or toss it. I’ll hsve to check dimensions when I get home
