Acrylic cutting tool 5 bucks at HD. Also any electric saw will cut it very easily preferable a table saw. I used both to create baffles for my sump.

I can also cut this I just did the same for a quarantine tank I custom built for a spot next to my tank. A router ( straight fluted bit) with some straight edges and clamps worked well
