I'm home all week in Rancho Bernardo. Alternatively, I work in Point Loma and will be there after the New Year if that is more convenient for a buyer.

Why I'm selling: I upgraded to an Apex because I could finally afford one but I did agonize over it simply because the Reefkeeper is comparable but so much more affordable. It lacks Internet connectivity but otherwise does everything I needed it to do, including automating lights and pumps, providing safety shutoffs for Kalkwasser/ATO (via pH monitoring) and heaters, and has a really nice lunar light simulation that matches moon phase. I used this for 4 years and it never once let me down. I did replace the Temp and pH probes so those are relatively new (less than a year), as is the lunar simulation module and light. Condition is excellent.
Here's a great BRS TV video on how to get the most out of it:

I got a question in PM about whether this was easy to set up. My answer:
Physical installation is as easy as working inside your stand or wherever you're going to mount it. It has 2 power bars, a System Lab module, for pH and Temp probes, and a Moonlight Module to mount. I would mount them to a plywood board that fits in your stand so you can work outside the stand and then slide it in. This also makes cable management much easier and keeps your stand nice and neat, which will make a difference as you fill it with sump and equipment.
Set up is also really simple and you can watch the BRS TV video I linked in my post that shows you how to do that and provides really good advise for settings for the various types of equipment you'll plug in. You can either use the head unit or download the MyReef 2.0 software for your computer, which makes it really easy. Digital Aquatics no longer supports it but you can get the software from a Reef2Reef user here: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/lo...urther.418754/. A quick Google search shows some other places. Even though DA doesn't support the PC application anymore it's still reliable and very easy to use.
