      I also got my bio reed buckets today, but I ordered the pro reef 3 days before the bio and isnt here yet.

      I ordered my (10) buckets (ha!!) on Monday. I got confirmation emails showing the purchases, and haven’t heard anything since. When I try to track the orders on petcos website it just says “In Progress”...

      I ordered a week ago, last Monday. Called last Wednesday to follow up.. "Should be there Monday or Tuesday." I called today. "So sorry.. they are back ordered".

      I asked the lady to email their third-party vendor to check availability. Hoping to hear back in the next 24hrs. Sucks because I actually NEED more salt NOW.
