Tbh at that price you would be better off fragging and selling in. 3 to 5p frags or larger frags per request due to the sunny d being a common low end zoa. They are always a nice addition but they dont sell for high dollar in San Diego. Maybe try a national forum to sell them for a higher price. Average prices
$2-5pp multiples
$5-10singles
Glws. Would be a nice addition to zoa garden
.
Also reefers garage lost alot of stuff recently maybe they would be willing to buy the colony as a whole off of you.
Hey just to let everyone know, I picked up his "pink lemonade" colony.
It is not a pink lemonade for sure. It looks more like a red planet. I should have been more careful but I was unable to evaluate it on sunlight as he met me in a public place and never gave me his name. Very sketchy. I texted him for a response and he has not returned my text. His phone is off/not returning my calls.
I should have been more careful but you guys benefit from my mistake. My advice to everyone is to not take his word for anything. Be very skeptical. It's safest to just not buy anything.
If he returns my call I'll update this.
It may or may not have been intentional but the fact that he is not returning my calls/texts says a lot. Save yourself the trouble.

Well he got back to me and we worked out a solution, which was a partial refund and fair price for a red planet colony. I just have to wait for him to hold up his end of the solution, which is sending me the partial refund via the mail. He was too busy to meet up.
I'm at fault for not demanding to look at the piece in tank lighting.
Just be careful out there y'all.
I don't think he was intentionally trying to jack me now that we talked (texted) about it. This was just a bad transaction for a bunch of different reasons. But like I said, my gut is telling me his actions weren't intentional. But I still don't know his name..
dear community, i just got abe's message and he wanted a discount on the coral so i will send him $80 back. my apologies for not responding promptly as i just got back in town from a long trip and was taking a nap.
this was not my intention to mislead or cheat anyone as i included photos of the colony. i'm getting out of the hobby and bought this as a "pink lemonade" coral.
as this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, i will just give all of my corals, live rock, fish, etc away to friends so please disregard any past postings of my corals, fish and equipment. i had previously posted some clown fish, purple/yellow/hippo tang fish for sale so my apologies to those who i had committed to buying these. i will donate all these to a local store and be done with "garage sale"
I cant vouch for the guy, but I figure he posted s pic to the best quality he could. His label was wrong yes, but I don't think it may have been intentional.
Best of luck to you
