Exclamation Is this a disease on my clown fish? Marine Valve? HELP!!!

I QT my fish for about a month and these mochvinchi Clownfish has been in the main display tank for a few weeks now and I started to see them rub on my glass scrapper and spotted these dots on them. I’m not sure what they are or if it’s just damage from something else...?

They also have these black dots on them at the bottom of their bellies and I’m not sure is that worms in them or if they are normal... it’s not a bump but looks like black spots.

      Tank parameter are below:
      Salinity: 1.025-1.026
      Temp: 77F - 80F
      Alk: 9.1 dKh
      Cal: 405 ppm
      Mag: 1290 ppm
      Ammonia: 0 ppm
      Nitrite: 0 ppm
      Nitrate:12 ppm

Below are photos and a link to a video of the marks and the clown rubbing on the scraper. Both clowns are rubbing now and than on the scraper. If I remove the scraper, they will rub on the rocks from time to time throughout the day. They are eating tho, 3x a day on pellets and frozen mysis.
