Skimmer not producing enough foam

I feel my skimmer is not foaming up as it should. It used to have some bigger thicker foam now it just bubbles up. Sitting at 7" of water. Maybe Not enough bioload? Was skimming good for a couple of days tank been running for about 3 months

It looks like it is skimming "wet" in the photo. It appears to be foaming well enough, so I wouldn't worry about it.
