      Aquarium silicone question

So I just pick up some silicone to reseal an aquarium. I thought I did my research but now am second guessing myself. I will be resealing a 200+ gal tank and I want to be sure the silicone is safe to use before opening the tubes.

The silicone I purchased is the:
Momentive RTV 100 series, specifically the 103 in blk.

I have used momentive rtv on a previous tanks overflow but it was clear. After reading the entire label on the back of the rtv103 tube, I am unsure if it will be okay to use on this tank reseal. It says it may corrode brass, metal etc etc and not for use under water??????
I'm pretty sure many people have used this in there tanks, I would just like to hear others input before I jump into things. Thanks

Found this, and found another saying this is all false, I'm confusing myself here.
