I've used this stuff for over a year, only clean the glass once a week and there's no algae in the tank. I had a case of cyano a year ago also and this knocks it out after 3 weeks.

Just did my second weekly dose.....it really does work. Not only did it rid the tank of algae growing on rock the glass is crystal clear and I didn’t need to use my mag float at all this week
