Yea buddy! Went and got a new wifi/ bluetooth thermometer.
Going to it to work today. 321 ribs 4 chicken breast, corn, shrooms, asparagus etc.

So far I had limited use, had to take my son to urgent care while. Making ribs and everything. Big sister was mad at him pushed him and right above his eyebrow caught a endgebof the metal metal hinge on a chest.

But I bought the older Verizon it had 4 probes but this one is bluetooth and wifi. So always connected. But only has 2 probes but not bad. I have to mess with settings a little more

Looks good I made burgers, steaks, hotdogs, salmon, corn and poppers Sunday. Love the bbq makes food better

Picked up an Oklahoma Joe Bandera from OfferUp new in box for 200.00

Sealed the smoke chamber and firebox with replacement seals for a Big green Egg. Lump charcoal and chunks of hickory and mesquite for 14 hours.

nice I'm looking into a secondary grill. A charcoal something i can get a good sear on quickly I like the flavor of what moth grills offer.Smokers cant do everything. Also looking into a sous vide appliance to try that. Then the charcoal grill would def come in handy for. 10-30 sec flips 3 times or so each side.

Yeah that's a nice feature on the bandera the firebox has a cooking grate for direct charcoal cooking... after I pulled the briskit I threw in a pan of shrimp in garlic and butter, and 4 chicken breasts... came out awesome.
