      Disappearing fish

Alright guys, I need some help. I’ve looked up a few articles and a couple forums and think I might have a bacterial infection in my tank but wanted to know what you guys thought.
2 weeks ago, in my 150 gallon, I had a powder blue tang, foxface, sailfin tang, leopard wrasse, spotted mandarin, Midas blenny, 2 harlequins, diamond goby and a Pakistani butterfly fish. Last week I noticed that my diamond goby had disappeared and I searched but couldn’t find him anywhere. Then, I fed my fish on Tuesday and all the other fish remained. Last night I noticed my blue tang was no longer around. He had been eating log a hog but I had noticed he was looking a little skinny. Today, my foxface developed these little brown dots on his sides and he hasn’t been swimming around much. I’m gonna throw him in a tank with some copper until I can figure out what else to do. The Pakistani was the last thing I added and he seems fine. Any ideas?
      Thanks guys.
