On the right track? 7.5g cube and 20g tall

I'm just getting back into the hobby and it's my first time doing it alone. It's been a few years so I'm starting simple and small.

I have a Mr. Aqua 7.5g cube on day 4 of cycling. I'ts running with:
      -Fluval Aquaclear 30 Filter
      -Eheim Jager 25w 60Hz 120v heater
      -Fluval Sea Halo Nano LED
      - About an inch and a half of Bio-Activ Live Reef Sand

I have a Koralia 240gph pump on stand-by, should I use it? I'm thinking it'll be too powerful for the size of the tank.

Second tank is a 20g tall running with:
      -Fluval Aquaclear 30 Filter
      -Eheim Jager 100w heater
      -Hydor Koralia 425gph pump
-2 inches of Bio-Activ Live Reef Sand

The stand that I bought came with the light shown in pics. Can I do anything with that out should I retrofit different light into that fixture which fits perfectly on the tanks hood?

I'm using Scripps water on both tanks. Looking at only having sps and 1 fish in the cube, 1 scooter and 1-2 gobies in the 20g.

How soon am I able to add a clean up crew?

Any tips on the best cover/top option for the cube?

I appreciate all the support so far (I've bought most of my stuff on SdReefs and everyone has been awesome) and any help that anyone can continue to provide.

Good start. But for SPS, honestly, with that setup you won't reach full potential with SPS coral. SPS may grow (slow), but coloration will fail and you will feel disappointed and probably quit. That setup is more inclined for Lps/softies/Zoas. Those will thrive like crazy.

Yes thank you for clarifying, shows how much I remember. I meant softies/zoas not so much SPS.

Is that the same with the light that came with the 20g? Or should I replace that one with something else?

You should be able to fit a Current Orbit pro LED light in that hood.

Depending on your budget. You may have to remove the whole top... I would change it. Atleast dual T5 setup.

Others have given good advice on the lights.

To answer your other question: I’d hold off on the clean up crew. There’s a good video from BRS on adding clean up crew and introducing the right numbers of crabs, snails, etc.
Hopefully you’re already watching their videos.
