Crack on bottom of tank- Help

I purchased a 20g tank on OfferUp and although the guy told me that he cleaned it, there were a few pebbles (they used it as a freshwater tank) at the bottom but barely any. This might've hidden the about 4 inch crack that I just found while cleaning the pebbles out before starting to set it up. The crack doesn't go to the outside, it's just on the inside. I'm nervous about putting sand, water etc in it. What should I do?

How deep is it? U could add silicone in there to secure and create a new seal but like Casinova said, I don't think it's worth the risk to have bigger problems in the long run :/

20g isn't a crazy loss better off looking here on the forum for any 20g or find out when Petco has the $1 per gallon sale. Always inspect everything prior to leaving the sale location.

+1 re-sell, for use as a terrarium. Not worth the risk of using for fish/coral.

Thank you everyone. I agree I should've done a closer inspection of the tank. Was so excited to get started today :/ I'll look on here for a replacement.

It was just a standard tank. I posted it in a variety of places for use as a terrarium. Hopefully someone can get some use from it.
