Here's one thing i always wondered about these. there is no sight or guide and usually aptasia are among corals. So you technically would have to either "walk" the beam there or click on or click off to get on top of the aptasia, in that process wouldn't you burn corals along the way? For example an aptasia within a cluster of zoas.

Not at all, you have to hold it there for a second for it to start. It's not like a light beam that slices that easy.

The whole set up.comes with a nice case, safety glasses, battery rechargeable system and lenses for some reason. Cost was $59 and I did a lol of research before even buying. One aphasia that I hit dead on rocked it hard core. Anyway, something for people to think about for sure. Most fish stay away but they are very inquisitive for sure.

I searched ebay for "strong laser" and saw this and several others pop up

Looks like its coming from china how long did it take you to get it? Looks like about a 2 to 3 week ship time.

Just ordered. But I realized the power ratings are different. Mine was $10 less but looks the same. Hopefully it works. Will try on bubble algae.
