Coral/Pest? ID

So i have this hammer coral, that was doing ok... Little shrivelled up upon acclimation. As it open it up, one of them closed up entirely and then this claw started coming out. Included a pic and link to a video on the claw/net.

I've looked around a bit with no success as to finding out what this is...

Let me know what your thoughts are.

A barnacle of some sort? Living inside the coral? Ceratoconcha?

Well, not too happy if it's a tunicate that took over the hammer coral frag.

That firefish looks angry lol. I think he had a fight with the other owner because they stay on separate sides of the tank out of sight from each other.
