      Hey guys,

      I was curious if any of you have ordered from Aquariumdepot.com and what your experience was like. My experience with them has been terrible. I placed an order with them and it took way to long for them to ship it out, three of the corals where DOA, and I paid for XL Blue Leg hermits and got all XS. They offer ZERO phone support. They will only communicate via email. It took over two weeks of back and forth to get a credit and then they where going to charge me for delivery to get the coral and crabs replaced. That took another week of battling it out to get them to agree to ship without charging me. Then I had to wait two week for them to ship the order. Got the order and every coral they sent me was extremely small, and what do you know.. XS hermits again. I noticed on their site they have only 5 star reviews. So basically anyone who has an issue like mine and leaves a bad review letting other consumers know about their experience get deleted. I’m just curious if anyone else has had as many issues with them as me?

      I went through the same deal with them about a year ago, and never did business with them again. I stick to LFS from now on.

      Yep, I have also had a horrible experience. Everything DOA and no customer support. It wasn’t worth the headache, and I chalked it up as a complete loss.
