Thanksgiving menu

Just wondering who here cooks their thanksgiving food, and what is on the menu?
I only cook at home 2 times a year, Thanksgiving, and Valentines day...
Here is this years menu:

Bacon wrapped Ahi tuna, with a soy, lime, ginger glaze
Crab cakes, with caramelized fennel buerre blanc
Slow cooked beef, with ancho chile, mirepoix, and tortillas
Shaved Brussel sprouts, with bacon, and sherry vinegar gastrique
Mashed sweet potatoes/yam combo with cinnamon butter
Roasted beets, with kosher salt, and butter

well that's about it, I hope I can do as well as last years meal...

I am cooking a berry pie, a brownie pie, and stuffing. We are traditionalists.

Cook on Valentine’s Day sounds very romantic!

I usually do the cooking but this year is much different. My son is having it catered at his new Carlsbad house!

I bbq year round, but Thanksgiving time the misses is compelled by her inner demons to make the Butterball, etc.

I celebrate drinking like whatever and try to forget everything I am not thankful for.

The holiday is whatever you make. (The Ahi sounds nice!)

I hope you all do enjoy a rest from labor during the feast.
