Forced shutdown by HOA. Selling my entire setup. First paid first served.

So my super nice neighbor that gets everyone towed ratted me out to the HOA about having a tank in my garage. I have till October 20 to empty out my setup.after that I get fined. Everything is up for sale except my 2 clowns. Everything!!! Livestock, softies, lps, minimal sps, live rock, the tanks, sump, pumps, heater, ato, 4 custom made multi channel and wavelength led lights, 1/4 HP chiller, 1/10 hp chiller, skimmer, wave makers, 9' ventilated and plexiglass enclosed stainless steel laboratory workstation. With a 67 gallon tall and a 6' long frag tank approximately 110 gallons. A 40 gallon sump with a fuge. Total 217 gallons.

Order of sales.
Livestock then equipment.

I will take advanced pay to hold equipment.
