Is this still available? I hope whoever gets it understands that this shark can easily grow 4ft long, so will need much larger than a 100g, you need a tank that will at least allow the shark to swim and turn freely, so plan on over 5'x5'. Also these are cooler water sharks (local waters, so not exactly reef temperature) and you will need to keep the temperature in the high 60's to low 70's. This is also a free swimming shark and much more active than typical smaller sand dwelling sharks.

Good luck whoever gets it, but understand the requirements for this animal before taking it on.

Donate the shark to Scripps where he can be properly taken care for. Plus you may get free visitation rights.

Ok new update in my thread
I’m sorry guys but I think I was not specific enough and sorry about that my fault
I’m not sure what he is but he looks a lot like a reef shark and a smooth hound shark
He comes from Mexico (Playas de rosarito) so yea he’s local
Long story short I wanted a shark for my 100 gal and my friend send me the shark that came from a sanctuary
But he is too big for a 100 gal so I don’t think it’s fair for him to be in my tank
So thats why it’s on here! but he is no longer free not because I want money but because I got a lot of Text of people wanting him and having small tanks or small room to swim so plz make a nice research of a smooth hound shark which are local before you txt me
And all I’m asking for is a good recent pic of your tank and what it has in it
Also it doesn’t hurt to bring some frags or a fish lol
Also thankz to cutterx25 for his knowledge and Santiago858 for his idea (so If i don’t find some one he’s going there for sure)
      And thank you all
