What filter would you guys recommend. I only need it for top off as I use Scripps. I also need it to be mobile so I can use it on the outside faucet. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hell no outside faucet, aquatic warehouse for 30 cents a gallon!
Agree with Jetli. if it's just for top off, buy it at AW. I'd even just use the water from those big blue drinking water vending machine by grocery stores if it's more convenient.
do the math. If you purchased a used rodi. You are looking at $100 maybe $150
And have the convenience of having it at your home.
Or purchase water at aw @ 0.30 per gallon×400gallons = $120
Thats a ton of top off. To break even not to mention replacement filters.

Thanks for the input guys. I want it at home. I don't want to pay someone else for it. Been doing that for a long time. I'm tired of it.
Your right on doing the math. Didn't include gas and time but I get it. I'm asking for make and model of what you'd have for what my need is.
I have this :

The stock filters suck as they are short lived. I replaced them with this when it was time.

I'm pretty darn happy with it. I use it for top off and making my own water when i feel the urge.
I bought the splitter and hose adapters at home depot for a few bucks.
I bought a used six stage brs 75 gpd hers and replaced the filters. I keep it in a plastic crate and use it out side or in the kitchen if its too hot outside. takes just under 90min for 5 gal. when its warm it works slower.
There are a bunch of no name ones on ebay that get good reviews and take the spectrapure and BRS filter media.
The Ro buddie gets good reviews, but you have to do some digging to find the final di stage or make one from HD parts.
