Any reason why tank would be crashing?

      Last thing added or changed?
Possibly dropped something into the tank?

      Water changes?
Hopefully you can resolve the problem.

from the picture it looks like there is cyano which would indicate poor water quality. how large is the tank and how often do you perform water changes?

Cyano can actually grow in pristine water quality.

More water flow helps keep Cyano at bay.

I used the medicine for cyano (I believe by red sea) and it works good. Then I moved the wave maker so I can get flow to as much of the tank as possible. If there isn't flow then the cuano will grow because nothing is disturbing it. Plus a lot of light helps it grow, so maybe need to adjust light (if it won't affect corals)
