Anyone tried a digital refractometer before?

Thinking about picking one of these up and wondering if anyone here has any experience with it and if it's worth it.

My brother just gave me one of these and man it is awesome. One drop of water and 1 button and you have a digital readout Couldn't be easier.

So from what i'm reading you just clean it out with rodi after use and put new saltwater into it each time to test? how often does it need calibration and how accurate would you say it is compared to a normal one?
