ain't that the truth. Let's be honest though, You have to really want a Red Sea to pay the original price anyway. Most of us will build our custom set ups with every exact thing we want, and it will be even more beautiful than a red sea because it's exactly what we wanted. Just as an example, I have my 40 gallon rimless tank with 2 mp10's, radion gen 4 pro, and aquamaxx skimmer with a stand that matches my living room furniture, all for less than 2 thousand... How'd you like the Kessil ap700? I've heard good things about that light.
Can you please post more pics?
Are you flexible on the price? What about without the liverock?
The kessil is awesome I haven't had a problem with the light. It can definitely grow any type of coral.
