      The manual says -
      Constant red= call AI
I would keep calling them. I'm always able to get someone on the phone.

Thermal shutdown or problem with circuitry.

      Have you tried doing this?

      1. Unplug power to the Prime
      2. While holding the button down on the Prime, plug power back in.
      3. Wait 10 seconds, then release the button
      4. The Prime will start flashing red/green/blue and will reset the firmware version that it was shipped with.

I tried when I plug back on while holding reset button the leds stay on, but once I let go they will turn off. I mite just hook it up directly but I will loose control over the fixture. Would that be ok since the fan is always on, I'm sure it will keep the fixture cool. I'll just keep it on a timer on and off at 100 percent.

You might wanna make sure nothing is shorted out before making it stay on, are they easy to open up? There is electronics and circuit board cleaner spray you can use to get all the salt out. The salt water will attract water and jump circuits inside so I'd really open it, clean it and dry it if you can... AI will probably be able to tell it got wet if you say you don't know what's wrong and they open it

Keeping it on may cause perma damage

I did opened it up the same day it happened. I air dried in the inside and cleaned it. When open looks perfect. I'll shoot some pics in a few min to show you on here. Thanks for the reply.

It did get wet for one second I pulled it out super quick out of the water.
