Yes sir, each string can (potentially) be controlled though I might just make the whites on one control and the blues on another. I don't think there is a practical need for further separation than that.

I'd still cut out four whites. Or be prepared to under drive them.

I have the whites and blues on separate channels so I can dim them for sure. I just didn't know what to put there instead of the whites and I don't want it like extremely super super blue like corn bred status. But this is how I learn, maybe I will say "darn it I should have put fewer whites"

The warm white will help out with the red spectrum too. When I build led arrays, I like to go 2 or 3:1, blue:white. Usually end up with 2 RB, 1 B, per white. I like the luxeon better then the Crees. You can also add lime to the mix. I'd stay away from adding to many colors. Once you factor in cost and time, it's usually cheaper to buy a cheaper Chinese fixture. Like the ocean revive slim fixtures. Pretty good and really similar to what you're already building. I personally stopped building fixtures with lots of single chips. You could easily run some high powered LED chips and shave the size and work down. I like using bridglux vero 10 and philips luxeon K multi chips.
I should have listened to you. Nothing is wrong with mine, but it has too much white and not enough blue.
