Looking for help with pump

Im looking for someone to help fix my pump plz let me know if u have any experience or knowledge in repairing pumps. Too my knowledge it seems to be stuck and the impeller wont spin i do see sparks frm the outlet when i plug it in and out but even after a vinegar bath i cant seem to pull the impeller out with any of my tools. Reach out asap plz anything will help

Sounds like a goner. Get a replacement.

I'm inclined to agree with KorL but 1st I would like to know what type of a pump is it. Most have impellers that can be replaced if broken but that's about it.

The impeller is probably swollen and that is why it is stuck. If you are able to pull it out, inspect the housing for cracks. If it's still good, just buy a new impeller.
