Puffer fish with swim bladder issue!

Huge Porcupine puffer (around football size)showing signs of a broken swim bladder or something similar(I don't think he has one)! Anybody able to help or give direction? I'm going to stay up all night with him at this point because the bladder issue is near his gil, if he floats upside down he just takes in air from that gil! I currently pinned him under some rock so he can't float to the surface! Anything that anybody can do including coming over to help would be insanely appreciated and compensated!

      PLEASE READ BELOW FOR UPDATES!

      Thanks

After as much research as I could find I read that I should hold him verticals and try to shake or "burp" the bubble out and if that doesn't work to try to tickle his belly till her fully puffs under water! Does anybody have an opinion on how to piss him off to puff without too much stress?

I tried all this burping Jargon and it seems like all of the air has moved up into the front of his body under his mouth and cheeks, he wedged himself with his mouth toward the sky ibut still under water, face looks all swollen with air!

What do you guys think about using a small piper and pushing water into his mouth to rid of the air bubble, obviously not my first choice

I'm still up with him trying to work it out! Been up all night! Update on situation: the bubble seems like it is free floating inside of him as it got trapped by pulling in air accidentally during a puffing or maybe just a large bubble from a filter. I've tried flipping him vertical with his face up and all the air returns to right under his cheek but he won't release it no matter how much I massage or shake or lift him. I tried tickling him and aggravating him to get him to puff and he's not interested in puffing at all! Should I be more aggressive? I've also read that they will do it automatically if they are about to die as a final chance to fix themselves! Big question: I've also read that I can prick him with a small needle and draw the air out if I can get it to a fleshy spot (I can) does anybody trust themselves enough to try this out? I know a few of the members here are insanely professional in the hobby as well as outside jobs! I believe I found a syringe and chamber from another member that we could use! I'm willing to pay for whatever tools we need!

Also wanted to update thad he picked a spot to rest under a rock a bit so he can't float up. I've put a tight mesh pool net above him in case he slips out so he doesn't surface! I need to act on this fast! I have anothe rtank big enough for QT as well if anybody has a medicinal fix!

I dont belive there is a medicinal fix. It an operation or as you said juggling the bubbles.

Not a dis but head over to reef2reef. http://www.reef2reef.com/forums/fish...diagnosis.771/
#reefsquad in your post. Very good fish people there in emergency situations.

Well, Im so incredibly bummed to admit this, but my puffer didnt make it... I am more upset than I ever imagined myself being this upset after loosing a fish but this guy was more like a dog or a human than just another fish! His personality was as mighty as his size and Ive never seen one that big and I dont know if I ever will again! I am very thankful for all of you that helped me try to make it through this, as well as the tip off to try reef2reef as they had many many people come to my side to try to throw out solutions! You are all a very kind community and your support was driving my positivity all day yesterday, even today feeling like I lost a friend, I feel so thankful and blessed to have the ability to give this hobby and my fish the best chance at success! I know every one of you that got to come over and see him in his prime were blown away, I wish I woulda gotten to share him with everyone! RIP my friend the Pupper, Cheers to an awesome fish!
