PIF: 36" PC retrofit kit with ballast, reflectors, bulbs. Works great!

Has been sitting in my storage but haven't used. I want it to go to someone that will put it to use. Bulbs are blue, unknown age, all works perfectly. Ballast has to switches to power on and off
