tiny tiny little white bugs

what would a bunch of little white bugs be very small only in the morning when the lights first come on to small for a pic any one have a clue?

I've got those little guys too, they do no harm and I'm sure they're food for something. I've been told that having them is a sign of having a healthy tank, but that was just word of mouth.
