I did get free tropi marin salt, their 3 part system, and red seas 3 part

Yeah i noticed a lot of really high prices, but at the same time you have to realize a lot of the people there came from out-of-state and a lot of people even came from out of the country.

Yea unfortunately experienced the same thing hoping to score some good deals on corals. I think we're just spoiled with the many local coral shops we got here in San Diego 😀

Did you happen to get the specs for the COR? I heard there will be 2 versions but not sure what the details are.

Two versions, 15 and 20.

The 15 will be rated a little lower than the Vectra M1 and is a simple pump that requires apex for full control.

The 20 is rated between the M1 and L1 and will come with a standalone full blown controller so it does not need to connect to Apex.

COR 15 will need to be attached to a 1LINK port and is approximately 1500 gph @ 0 head

COR 20 can be a stand alone or combined with the Apex and will be approximately 2000 gph @ 0 head

I got nothing at Macna Do to an upgrade on the way and soon to close on a new house wahooo

Last day I was in all the speaker presentations all day pretty much. Nerd stuff.

The Mrs got the Gorgs from the seahorse tank for a steal. I missed the branching sponges.

She then stole six heads of two colors of dendro

And bought some turtle grass from some guy named Julian Sprung. Sounds like a creep. Probably good looking too.


Me I kinda just went for the talks and boring stuff and didn't really look at the stuff I couldn't afford. I did have some fun though

I got to lure tourists and folks into my friends booth

Take really bad selfies


Watch a master in his element

Hang out with Tapio and the owner chemist of ESV talk about chemistry an drink beer
And scotch.

Listen to Dana riddle talk about light and coral growth Dr Bingman sat in front of me there. We talked chemistry and compared hangovers while jet won all the good stuff.

Drink a lot at a really really really really great party

And learn from the best of the best in aquaria and Reefing what it takes to be a real Reefer


Now all I have is memories

And daydream of the good times

Ahh thanks for that info the Neptune guy didn't tell me anything about 1link for the 15. It better be cheap then since the 1link is 150 by itself.

Well going to MACNA I wasn't really planning to buy anything at all but just soak up the experience of MACNA and listen to some great presentation and of course meet and hangout with some great fish geeks. But you know Vance has stuff that will make you pull out your wallet lol I just got some Zoas that have been on my list.
