At the conference, people are bringing mini coolers w/heat packs, not sure how long they would plan to hold them before placing intank

Heat packs? To me ot seems like you would want something to keep them cool. Im going sunday and live decently close so i dont have to worry about it, but it would seem difficult for people staying all 3 days in a hotel
