Ok first of all ...please don't mock or insult me if you don't know the facts. My first colony was sold to Scott in Poway. You can ask him if you like. These frags came from my second colony.
Second... I wasn't gonna hold it for nobody. I know you wanted me to hold it for you for a few days but it's FCFS bud! You snooze you loose. Don't be a sore looser.
Lastly I'd rather sell it to a hobbyist than a vendor like you who turn around and flip it for profit. Ha . End of story.

He's done a lot more for us than you have bud. Maybe you should get those facts right.
At $350pp not that much room for any profet at all the highest I've seen them is $400pp so taking a $50 profit risk is nothing.
Vance is the man in Sd defiantly has passed many deals to local reefers I love shopping at vances he hooks it up big time

Anything I have ever bought from him over the years in the hobby , I have never felt he scammed, hustled or burnt on any deal.
He tells you a price that's already cheap then. When you pay he drops it again like wth?he hooks up soo many freebies. It is insane to even think he would take advantage of someone. I know you have you opinion as you should but this is just my personal experience every time I have done business with Vance.

I Alright guys this is a sale thread not a thread about Vance character or what he's done. But based on what I have seen so far the way he conducted himself in this thread... Hmm I'm not too sure about what you guys vouching about him. So here is the complete behind the scene story ...
My original post was for a 5 polyps colony for $1000... A smoking deal! And it was sold within hours. Vance was one of the 10 or so people who wanted it it but either couldn't come up with the cash or wanted me to wait a few days or do shipping. It was eventually sold to Scott in Poway. I'm sure some of you know him. He's sort of a big collector
So obviously Vance wasn't too happy I didn't want to hold it for him. As he could have frag that and sell for some easy profit.
I did have a lot of people asking for single polyp frags as most can't afford $1000 so I decided to frag my other colony. And here come Vance without knowing any fact and still grumbly over a missed opportunity started making comments about my character and integrity....saying that I never sold that original colony and just changed my mind and fragged it. Well he's wrong! I don't have anything against him but I will not stand back and let someone thrash my sale thread and making personal attack on my characters!
I will see if Scott, who bought the colony, can make a post here to prove the point.

Oh boy. Drama on sdreefs. While I don't appreciate my name being thrown around...I did buy the colony of Strats. I can see how Tuna B assumed it was the same set...as this is the same thread and one wouldn't expect several colony's of Strats to be floating around. I wasn't trying to step on any toes and I have bought several things from Vance in the past. +1 to both sellers.
He mentioned at pick up that he had a plug of six more that he was going to frag...assuming these are them. Mine opened up perfectly minutes after being in the tank. Buy with confidence.
About time there's something interesting going around here...
