I have Aqua UV 25Watt sterilizer in great condition only used periodically for a year. This unit is in great condition like new with box. UV Bulb was replaced one month ago.

My tank is SPS dominant.i'm dosing a bacteria enriched AquaForest supplemental system. Unfortunately the system won't work if I'm killing all the bacteria.
This UV sterilizer kills bacteria! Works good little too good!

I've been using it for six months now but really been struggling until I turned off the UV sterilizer and everything is now amazing... Amazing

I'm running low nutrient system with overkill filtration,biggest skimmer I can possibly fit my sump 2 reactors,GFO,Carbon And Zeo stones so all that with the use of probiotic salt and biological supplements the UV sterilizer was stripping my tank from the only nutrients it had. Some of the best equipment money can buy but still can't make the coral grow..so frustrating until lately,everything just blooming I'm so excited I stay up for hours just staring at the progress like watching corn grow in the field.
I don't think I'm gonna sell the sterilizer now..haha
