The back of my aquarium cracked it is a 120 gallon tank 48x24x24. The tank is eurobraced rimless. Does anybody know where I can get the whole back panel redone or if it is even worth it any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably cheaper and better to get a new one.
I would try asking will at aqua Sd if he can get a quote for you. It's probably worth getting fixed

I agree w/ Rudy, probably cheaper and better to just replace the tank
It would probably be $300 for a panel new tank is about $1000

That's my logic as well that a new one the way this cracked tank looks would cost about 1,200. That's why I am asking if it would be worth it to try to get panel replaced and going through the whole hassle. I appreciate the input guys not sure what to do yet I'm on the fence on this one.
FWIW my brand new SCA starfire glass 120g tank I scored for $500, deals are out there especially if you don't mind a trimmed or non starfire or used tank.
To repair a tank takes a great deal of effort, and you are still going to have a used tank that failed for one reason or another, I'm curious what caused this failure to begin with, that question alone would make me uneasy in repairing it.
The tank cost alone is nothing compared to the cost of the animals kept or the potential damage to your home from a total failure.
How long was this tank up and running befor it cracked?

I'd also be curious what stand this was on
The reason tank cracked was my fault. I was setting up tank checking for any leaks noticed that water was leaking into inner chamber of overflow box. The silicone that joins the overflow to the bottom of tank had a small tear enough to let water through. Seemed like an easy fix just needed to add a little silicone. I started drying the tank with a hair dryer so that it can be dry for new silicone wife says run to Home Depot before they close and get the silicone and I will finish drying it, so by the time yo get back it's good to go. As I'm driving she calls and says that the tank cracked due to heat from hair dryer.
I don't see any reason for scrapping out 4 panels of glass because 1 cracked. personally I would look into repair. Fish tanks are so low tec all it is is glass and silicone. Or maybe daveocean can find you a good deal on one of that's the case I would get a new one if its only $500. I did a lot of shopping around when I got my 120 and the best price I could get was $1150 starphire rimless. So just expect to spend 1200 if your getting a new one and be surprised if some how you find one for under $1000

Lesson learned the hard way. I guess I have to wait for Monday and see about getting quote from manufacture to decide on what the next step is.
