two 40g breeder tanks Moving sale, must sell make offer

I have two of the 40b tanks from petco's $1 per gallon sale about 8 months ago.
They have never seen water, I've been waiting to move into a new apt before setting them up and now the place I'm moving to will not allow tanks with more than 30g of water in the system.
I was going to have one the DT and the other the sump
There is nothing wrong with them. They are currently located in Lakeside at my mothers apt, but I could pick them up and meet anywhere around the la mesa - mission valley area.

They are just tanks, no lids or anything else. The bottom is tempered, the rest is not.
I don't have the tanks with me so there aren't pictures, but I'm sure we all know what an empty 40b tank looks like.

I used to live in an apt where the limit is 10gal but i got renter's insurance that covered water damage and the complex was fine with me having a 55gal.

The place I moved out of didn't check the size of my tanks I had set up either. They did enter the apt a few times a year for random stuff and could see my tank.
The place I'm moving into now already knows the tanks are bigger than their limit.

Trust me I wish I could keep them, the 40b is my second favorite tank size
120g is my favorite.

These tanks have to go, make an offer, I need them gone as soon as possible.
