Wednesday, 9/7 - 12n - Tradeshow load in help, Here we need folks to help with set up, water, etc.
Thursday, 9/8 - 8am - Tradeshow load in help, Registration help with checking in people and passing out badges
Friday, 9/9 - 7am Registration help and general room monitors
Saturday, 9/10 - 7am Registration help and general room monitors, 2pm help with banquet set up.
Sunday, 9/11 - 7am Registration help and general room monitors, Load out help at 3pm.
If there is any spot that you feel you can help out with, let us know and we can get an idea of how much help there is. Obviously you would get in to see the show too.

My wife and I are happy to help where you need it on Fri Sat or Sun. Registration, room monitor or whatever. Just let me know. Also, for you veterans of these shows, what should I bring? I saw some folks at MAX with ice chests, I assume for their coral purchases. What else do I need?

7:30 is fine. We should have plenty to do most of the day.
