Why doesn't the site work all the time

it seems that that site has been down a lot recently. How come? also the site doesn't work with tapatalk. i keep getting thread error - 2205. any way to fix that?

The only problem I have had is on my laptop. I found that if I click the remember me box before I login I get a invalid redirect URL. After that if I click on today's posts it logs me in but you have to click the remember me box.
