exactly, when the rose bulbs have that crazy unreal iridescence that is cool as heck, it is because they have been blued out, they wont look like that every day unless you keep that same lighting scale and that may not work for every coral in the tank and doesn't look natural at all, but I can dim my led whites down and make a million dollar rose bulb only to end up with an unhappy seller. I mean buyer

I am just looking for some honesty in the industry so I know what I am getting whether it is the name and lineage, or the photo since there is so much crap now on the boards, online, ebay, craig s l u t s, etc

Mine so far has been a year with 10 babies from it but I've had some of my nice yumas melt just because they wanted to lol

The article infers they are using a specific frequency of light to sunburn the cartenoid on a rhodacits making it swell up and bounce. sometimes it lasts sometimes not so much.
