      Spidas floating spec V reef

Finally found all the parts to start this small project

I wanted to try and make a floating reef so I figured I would try it on a smaller scale

I actually made the back chamber a little bigger for a bigger pump and more filtration

      Here's some pics

GSP would be cool way to hide that.
Looks pretty cool, what are you going to do on bottom, sand, some rock, or bare?

Will be adding 5lbs of sand today as for now the bottom will just be sand I want it be clean since it's a small tank don't want ditratus to build up on the bottom

Only challenge is having hermits in the tank because they can't stay on the reef

I'm not a hermit fan myself so I'd be over that pretty quick.
I bend acrylic too for my pillar stands but I just use a propane torch, and mine always gets bubbles in the bend, not that it matters on those because they don't show, but yours looks much cleaner, what did you use?

I actually read a super old article from like 2010 or something like that the dude puts the rods in the oven at 350 until the rod bends I was surprised how easy it was literally after that the rod felt like a tubing and I just snapped it but I used oven Mits I also messed up a couple of times on the bend and just placed it back in and shaped it again
