So eric talked to me and i was purchasing this tank.we agreed to arrange for pick up this weekend since last week.he calls me to tonight after i already put a depsit to have a stand biult for this tank.he textes me demanding me to match this price or he will be selling it to someone else.1400 for his set up.which is doulble what his selling price s what a dueche bag!dont do buiness with this guy. Now doesnt want want to text me back .a reql stand up guy thinks its ok.and he refuses contact me inreguards to this problem.im going to be out 450 dollars.because he wants to be greedy.he stated doing whats right for him!f that!so what about my loss? Now i understand why you are stuck in the situation you are in. Hope the court does the right thing and make you pay for your bad decisions you made. No family,no tank...reason !!!not a real man...because his words bond...now no wife and kids or a life.....your not sorry .what your doing is a **** move...

That's funny, because when I was in talks with him he was willing to deliver the tank to me for a set price and he no where ever tried to double his price. I never bought the tank you're looking at because of the weight.

Let's see what he has to say, he always responded to me and seemed straight up to me.

Wow sorry to hear... we all know there's 2 sides to a story I've dealt with him a few times never any issues but yes circumstances can change a man. If this is true hopefully he rights his wrongs. Goodluck.

In my experience if someone agrees to a good deal it is time to close it then. If you made a deposit on a stand you should have used that $450 plus $250 more to get the tank and got the stand later. Someone else swooped in and offered more, thatll happen on a FCFS type of sell. Bums to you budd

I texted me tonight to tell me if i dont match his price that he will sell to the other buyer.the thing is this...i would be mad if he was upfront with me.i gave him is asking price and have the pms i can show and also the textes also that we have had. Can post on this thread to show everyone.whats upsetting was this.i told him i can paypal.fast pay him to pay in full for the tank setup.he reassured me that if i was serious he will hold for me till this weekend.as of this morning he textd me.and asked me if i am picking up the tank.i said yes this weekend.he texted me back ok thanks. He textes me every other day to confirm my purchase.nothngs changed on my end.what im upset about is this.i put a 450 deposit to have a stand build for this tank that is non refunable. The guy who is biulding my stand aready bought thematerials.i let eric know about that.he respondse was i have to do whats best for me.and if i cant mactch this price of 1400 he will sell the tank to the other party. So im out of 450 because eric wants to sell the tank setup for more then what we agreed which was his asking price to stRt with.and that he feels bad for doing this to me.so he think that its okay to screw me over because he is gdoing what is right for him.

Tried to close him he didnt have paypal.i told him i would fast pay him.he said no he will hold it for me.this sucks i used to live in sd.oved to victorville and i would have picked it up that day if i was still i. Sd.he said not to worry if i was serious he was going to hold it for me because i needed to find some help to pick upthis tank.manpower.was the issue i had a truck to accommodate the pick up of the tank.i offered to close the deal to make payment in full through bank transfer of funds.eric refused and said it was okay.so now im going to have a stand with no tank...

The is most definitely a hard situation for both parties. Yes it is kind of a douche bag move to agree then pull out of the deal to make more money. On the other hand I understand his situation being through a court system myself. He needs money to pay the fees and loss associated with his issues. In the end, it's a dog eat dog world out there and people need to do what they can to cover their own back. Bad situation regardless, but in the future lock up one deal before jumping on others because you never know. This hobby

I tried everything possible to close the deal.he reassured me he wasnt going to do what he is doing.via text numerous amount of times he wanted. To reconfirm the purchase of the tank.thats the only reason why i did put the deposit on the stand.reguardless of what the personal itution of his life is.which i understand. Doesnt make it right to oull the deal.i didnt do anything wrong.i based me putting down the desoist of the stand because of texts i recieve from him everyday.

But things like this happen especially if the other party is in a finacial situation


To be honest that tank is a beast and is steal for $1400 I paid $650 for a 75g

I would rather pay $700 to match the deal than to lose $450 for a stand
