Anyone have any recommendations on who can build a metal stand and possibly powder coat if possible in north county. Looking for someone reputable that others have used. If you have pics of their work please share. Thanks.

ocean marine welded and powder coated a stand for me. Theyre in OC though, but they offered delivery.
See if you can get In touch with supermoto, he has a shop in vista with all the equipment to build you a metal stand. There are a number of powder coating places around here as well. If you can't get in touch with Supermoto, I know dave at Aquatica will weld you a metal stand to your specs as well.
If all else fails, and you are down to help do the legwork, I can help you build a metal stand. My welder crapped out, but I have all of the other stuff needed to build it. Maybe we can split the cost of a welder as payment, I think harbor freight has the 170 amp on sale for like 180 bucks. The square steel tubing can be purchaed at Escondido metal supply.
There is a nice guy in Vista in ths shop next to (west of) Reefers Garage who does assume metal fab.
His name is "Jeremy," & he does all kinds of nice work. Sorry no pics.
Its all about MTS

what size stand do you need? I may be able to help you out.
Lots of good options here. Supermoto built mine this past summer. Did a fantastic job & you won't meet a nicer person. Whoever you decide to go with, take the time to explain what it will be used for. The top surface must be flat (on a single plane) after welding. Heat from welding can cause twist/distortion. No amount of shim/foam/plywood can compensate if that happens. Mine came out perfect.
Thanks for the info. Pm you
